and recommendations, this operating and maintenance manual,
all literature and test results are solely for those customers
and individuals or end users that voluntarily choose certification
with MICROBITEC CORPORATION. |

and investigations are done to ensure consumer awareness and
improve the overall maintenance systems of beverages dispensed
in the hospitality industry by monitoring required sanitization
and disinfection of those beverage systems. |

| All opinions are the result
of information obtained from proven scientific documentation
and all conclusions were obtained from on-site sampling. It
is the choice of those applicants to implement these conclusions
and recommendations. |

CORPORATION and its BEVERAGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM to disclaim,
find fault or conflict with any other equipment, methods, disinfection
or sanitization procedures that do not conform to its policies.
The goal of MICROBITEC CORPORATION is to propose its own proven
recommendations and requirements without trepidation or prejudice. |

| SPECIAL RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS |

| Termination of implemented BEVERAGE
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: |
| A) Removal from designated program
by engaging in conduct detrimental to the organization and its
program (e.g. falsifying reports); |
| B) Customer/persons not paid
within a reasonable time after receiving written notice; |
| C) Reasonable grounds: |
| 1)
breach a material condition of agreement |
| 2)
has not rectified a breach in the implemented program after
notice has been given |
